4.3 Main Screen Area: Mode Screens
Pressing the MODE button enables you to access various
functions. Typical examples are Drive Mode, Seating Control
Mode, and Bluetooth Mode. The user can select the required
Mode with the Mode Button on the JSM. Note: it will only be
possible to select a Mode if there is a Module that will support
that Mode connected into the system. For example, if there is
no Mouse Module connected, then the user will not be able to
select that Mode.
Seating Control Mode (Fig 4.15)
Displays the sections of the chair currently selected for
movement, the name given to the selection and a direction
arrow showing what sort of movement is available.
Bluetooth Mode, Mouse (Fig 4.16)
When Bluetooth Mode is entered
,
the following screen will be
displayed.
Message Window (Fig 4.17)
The R-Net displays warning icons and informational messages
in a dedicated message window.
Restart (Fig 4.18)
When the control system requires a reboot,
(e.g.
,
after a
module re-configuration)
, this symbol will be flashed.
Timer (Fig 4.19)
This symbol is displayed when the control system is changing
between different states. An example would be entering into
Programing Mode. The symbol is animated to show the sands
falling.
