Note:

Data-at-Rest
page displays only if the Data-at-Rest Encryption feature is supported on the
DXi6900 and is licensed for use. For information about installing the Data-at-Rest Encryption license,

Caution:
After you enable Data-at-Rest Encryption, you cannot disable it or turn it off. Make sure to
back up your passphrase and recovery files, as they may be required for future capacity expansion or in
certain, rare hardware failure scenarios (see
).

Tasks
Use the
Data-at-Rest
page to perform the following tasks:

Check the current status of Data-at-Rest Encryption (see

Enable Data-at-Rest Encryption for all hard drives in the DXi6900 (see

Save or e-mail a Data-at-Rest Recovery file to back up your encryption keys (see
