2.2.173.6.Set the BIOS recovery jumper back to default posi-
tion and wait until the recovery process is completed. See
Mainboard Jumpers and Figure 2.2.174.

[2.2.175] Reboot the system with the new BIOS.
[2.2.176] Clear CMOS
[2.2.177] The following steps will load the BIOS defaults by
jumber:
2.2.178.1.Power down the system.
2.2.179.2.Move CMOS clear jumper from pins 1-2 to pins 2-3
for a few seconds. See Mainboard Jumpers .
2.2.180.3.Move CMOS clear jumper back to pins 1-2. See
Mainboard Jumpers .
2.2.181.4.System automatically powers on.
2.2.182.5.Check BIOS defaults are loaded.

2.2.184.1.Power down the system.
2.2.185.2.Move password clear jumper from pins 1-2 to pins
2-3. See Mainboard Jumpers .
2.2.186.3.Power on the system.
2.2.187.4.Make sure password is cleared.
2.2.188.5.Power down the system.
