HDBASET LED STATUS
Please refer to the LED status on the HDBaseT port (on either the receiver or video matrix). Most of
them should have two LEDs:
l
The Yellow LED will illuminate when connected to a video link.
l
The Green LED will illuminate when the device is connected to the power supply
LINKED AUDIO:
Note: When you first install the matrix the unit is in sink mode in passive. You need to change it to active
to get control of volume.
No Sound on Speaker:
1. Make sure the port is linked to the correct one (please see step 5 on Linked Device topic).
2. Toggle the ARC settings between HDMI, Optical & Disabled (please see step 6 on Linked Device
topic).
Note: This occurs when only using S/PDIF & Digital Coax. Analogue Stereo outputs are not affected.
Linked Device option is not available or visible:
1. Update both ProAmp8 & neo:X+ to the latest firmware and perform a power cycle (reboot both).
Cannot see other unit when going to link the devices:
1. Make sure both neo:X+ and the ProAmp8 are connected to the local network. The system needs to
detect each other to make the linking possible.
2. If both units are on the latest firmware and it's still not visible please try a hard refresh (CTRL + R or
CTRL F5), run on another web browser or clear the cache for your web browser.
