WARRANTY | GUARANTEE
• Parts subject to tear, consumption or wear
(except for clear defects of material or craftsmanship), such as:
– Tyres – Lights – Saddle
– Brake parts – Stand – Rechargeable battery/battery
– Chain – Sprockets – Grips/covers
– Fuse – Shifting pinion – Sticker/decoration
– Cables – Bowden pulls – Etc.
• Damage due to:
– Use of other than genuine spare parts.
– Improper installation of parts from the purchaser or a third party.
– Damage caused by rock impact, hail, spreading salt, industrial exhaust,
lack of care, unsuitable care agents, etc.
• Consumables not connected to repair work on recognised faults.
• All maintenance work or other work that arises from wear, accident or operating condi-
tions, as well as riding without observing the manufacturer's information.
• All events such as noise development, vibrations, colour changes, wear, etc. that do
not impair the basic and riding properties.
• Costs for maintenance, inspection and cleaning work.
7. The claim to warranty or guarantee shall entitle the customer only to demand removal of the
defect. Claims for return or reduction of the purchasing price shall only apply after improve-
ment has failed. Reimbursement for any direct or indirect damage is not provided.
8. Warranty or guarantee services performed shall not renew or extend the term of the warranty
or guarantee. Claims after expiration of the period shall be excluded.
9. Any other than the above agreements shall only be valid if they have been confirmed in writing
by the manufacturer.
10. If you experience any technical problems with the bicycle you bought, contact your vendor.
