Remove two hydraulic hoses (4) from the hydraulic drive valve (5) or remove
the valve (6).
Remove the screws (7) securing the gear to the hopper.
Disassemble or rotate the gear. When disassembling, remove the retaining
ring from the shaft (8).
Prepare a container and drain oil through the filler plug (2).
Reinstall the gear in the spreader.
NOTE

It is possible to drain oil from the conveyor gear (B) through the side cover (9), however
the seal may be damaged in the process. If it is the case, replace the seal.
Set the machine horizontally and fill the gear with gear oil up to the half of the
inspection opening (1).
Check the plug seal (2), replace if necessary and close the plug.

MANURE SPREADER LUBRICATION
Manure spreader lubrication must be carried out in places indicated in figures (5.13), (5.14)
and (5.15) and also detailed in table (5.4). The manure spreader is equipped with grease
nipples facilitating maintenance and marked with yellow labels (item 11 – table (2.1)).
Manure spreader lubrication should be performed with the aid of a manually or foot operated
grease gun, filled with recommended grease. Before commencing work insofar as is possible
remove old grease and other contamination. Remove and wipe off excess oil or grease.
