Designed around the 333MHz AMD-K6 ® -2 Processor, the PL utilizes the type of
high performance IBM compatible architecture that offers you superior perfor-
mance. This allows you to easily use the popular Windows
® 95, Windows ® 98
Second Edition, Windows ® NT operating systems, as well as others.
However, the software contained in the accompanying [Driver and Utility Disk] is
designed specifically for use with only Windows
®
type OS. If this software is used
with other OS types, its performance cannot be guaranteed.

! Highly Expandable
Choose from the PL-B901/PLB11 series unit - with 2 ISA slots, or the PL-B900/
PL-B910 series unit - with 4 ISA slots. In addition, the PL-B901/PL-B911 unit
provides a single PCI bus (slot 2), while the PL-B900/PL-B910 unit provides two
PCI buses (slots 2 and 3). Also, these slots can accommodate both Digital’s own
optional boards as well as other commercially available expansion boards.
Digital also offers a wide variety of optional products, such as a -5/-12V DC
power unit, DIM memory modules, etc.

The PL's separated main unit and display offer you an expanded range of installa-
tion options for all your applications.

The PL's unique state-of-the-art digital video interface dramatically reduces LCD

Dual Display Feature (PL-B910 Series)
When the Display Expansion Board is installed in a single PL, two display units
can be connected.

In order to prevent the accidental misoperation of two simultaneously connected
display units, a special interlock feature is used. This interlock feature, which is
contained in the Interlock program, prevents accidental misoperation without
requiring additional programming.

This standard type USB interface allows you to easily connect any standard type
of USB compatible device.
