Testing & Adjustment
Note: This Pretest VI does not run automatically. Each test must be run manually by
not the particular test passed (
Pass
) or failed (
Fail
).
If the particular test failed, stop the test and fix the camera. Resume tests after
camera has been fixed.
7. Run each test as follows:
Power Test
• Click on the Power button. The Power Test screen appears prompting you to turn on
the DMC camera.
• Click on the OK button. The Pretest VI panel reappears.
SCSI Communications Test
• Click on the SCSI Communications button. A window appears on the Pretest VI
panel indicating that the SCSI Communications test is running.
This test checks the CCD and camera serial number.
Snap Power Profile Test
• Click on the Snap Power Profile button. A window appears on the Pretest VI
panel indicating that the Snap Power Profile test is running.
