Parts Replacement
Installation
1. Insert the CCD flex into CCD imager connector J1.
2. Push in connector J1 clamp to secure the CCD imager flex.
3. Insert the CCD imager into the optical mount making sure that the three (3) gold pads on the
CCD imager PC board are aligned with the three (3) tabs on the optical mount.
4. Place the backing pad over the CCD imager PC board making sure that the small and large
tabs are properly positioned.
5. Place the CCD retainer over the CCD imager and backing pad assembly making sure that
the CCD imager is properly positioned and not lifted over the tab.
6. Install and tighten the three (3) screws that secures the optics assembly to its front panel
supports.
7. Install the front panel and optics assembly onto the top extrusion making sure that the shutter
flex and the CCD imager flex are properly secured to their respective connector on the front
end PC board.
8. Install the bottom extrusion.
