Shutter Assembly (Figure 2-8)
Removal
1. Remove the bottom extrusion.
2. Remove the front panel and optics assembly.
3. Place the front panel and the optics assembly onto an anti-static mat.
4. Remove the three (3) screws securing the optics assembly to its front panel supports.
5. Remove the CCD retainer, pad and imager.
6. Remove the optical mount from the front panel and place it into the optical mount fixture.
7. Remove the anti-alias optical filter assembly being careful not to scratch or dirty it.
8. Rotate the optical mount on the optical mount fixture to access the two (2) screws that
secures the shutter assembly to the optical mount.
9. Remove the two (2) screws that secures the shutter assembly to the optical mount. Slide out
the shutter assembly.
