Chapter 4

Configuring the Display Monitor

Your Md5/PCI board provides high display resolutions 
and its monitors have unique requirements. Therefore, 
you must configure the driver to specify which monitor 
is attached to your Md5/PCI board.

When you first install the kit on your system, the

 setld 

program automatically configures your DOME display 
driver to support the monitors you specify. If you change 
monitors after you install the kit, you can use a special 
script called

 set_dome_monitor 

to change the driver 

configuration easily without reloading the kit.
