To use set_dome_monitor
1. Read the on-screen information, and respond to all
questions.
2. Select the board type for board zero (0) from the list
provided.
The program verifies each of your responses by asking
you to respond with
y
or
n
to indicate whether you
selected the correct option. For example, if you select
three (3) for board type, the system prompts you with
this question:
You’ve selected “md5pci”; is that correct
[y, n]?
3. Type
y
to confirm your answer, or
n
to enter a
different response.
4. Select the number that corresponds to your monitor
type from the list provided. When you do, be sure to
select your specific monitor, based on resolution,
refresh rate, and whether it is monochrome or color.
5. Type in the viewable width of the monitor, indicating
whether you are using inches or millimeters. For
example, type
290 mm
.
The
set_dome_monitor
program prompts you for
information about each DOME board and its monitors,
beginning with board 0 (zero). The program will continue
to prompt you for information until you indicate that you
have no additional boards by typing 0 (zero).
Respond only with information about the DOME
boards in your system.
