1: Getting Started

To insert the batteries:

Slide the battery door on the back of transceiver off in the
direction of the arrow.

Leaving the battery removal ribbon in the bottom of the battery
compartment, align and insert batteries as shown.

•

Note the proper orientation of positive (+) and negative (-)
terminals.

Replace the battery cover by sliding it back into position.

Note

If the transceiver light is blinking at a slow, steady pace,
replace all three batteries. Alkaline batteries are
recommended.
