LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A 
purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase will be 
required together with the product to obtain service under this 
warranty. This warranty shall not be extended to any other person 
or transferee.

This warranty is void and of no effect if any part of the product is 
altered, replaced, defaced or missing.

This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or 
workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover 
damage that occurs in shipment, or failures that are caused by 
repairs, alterations, or parts not supplied by PERFORMANCE 
HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES, or damage that results from accident, 
misuse, abuse, mishandling, or alteration. PERFORMANCE 
HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES will not be responsible for any third-
party software installed by the user, nor for user data from the use 
of such software, during the period of this warranty.
