There are five panels in the SOP designer:
Panel Description
SOP Listing Lists registered SOPs that have been created for each user.
Measurement Parameters Displays measurement parameters (file name, temperature setting,
etc.).
Analysis Parameters Displays analysis parameters (analysis algorithm and the manner
in which results display)
Cell Parameters Displays configured parameters for the cell used in the
measurement.
Diluent Properties Displays diluent properties such as diluent name, its refractive
index, viscosity, etc.
Panel Task Options
The SOP and Parameter panels contain options in the upper, blue-shaded portion of the panel to
assist you with the tasks associated with that panel. Some are common for all parameters, while
others are parameter-specific. Some of these tasks are also available in a pop-up menu when you
right-click
on a selected parameter (see
Pop-up Menu, page 2-8
).
Panel Task Option Description
SOP Listing and
Parameters New Creates a new SOP or parameter file. You can name the
file when added or select the
Rename option after it is
added. You can also right-click on the User name to
create a new SOP or parameter file.
Copy Copies the selected SOP or parameter file to the User’s
folder.
Rename Allows you to rename the selected SOP or parameter
file.
Delete Deletes the selected SOP or parameter file.
