This function is available in Windows only (not available in Macintosh).
Perform the Check and Print according to the following outline steps:
1. Print a document and spool (save) the print job in the printer’s hard disk drive (see
“Saving a Print
Job”
below).
2. Check whether the document is correctly printed.
3. Print the desired copies of the document (
see “Printing a Check and Print Job” on page 50
).
NOTE:
• To print only one test print, be sure that you set the number of copies in the printer driver, not
application software.

Display the print window in your application.

Properties

The printer properties window is displayed.

Proceed to the step (A) or (B) depending on your selection at step 2.
(A) Setting the Panasonic DP-CL21P PCL 5c or Panasonic DP-CL21M PCL 5c printer
(1) Click
[Advanced...]
in the
Setup
tab and click
Output
tab.
(2) Click on the
Check and Print
check button.
(3) Click
[OK]
, then click
[OK]
.

• When you cannot select the Check and Print menu, refer to
“Device Tab” on page 137.

Saving a Print Job
