Copies

Determines the number of copies of a document to print.

Collate

Clicking on this check box prints the copies of the entire document a number of times, from 1st 
page to the last page. If you print 3 copies of a 5 pages document, printer prints page 1 through 
page 5 three times.
Clicking off this check box prints 3 copies of the 1st page, then 3 copies of the next page and so 
on.

Reverse Order

Clicking on this check box allows you to print a document in reverse page order.
