Clicking on this check box prints the copies of the entire document a number of times, from 1st
page to the last page.
If you print 3 copies of a 5 pages document, printer prints page 1 through page 5 three times.
Removing the check mark from this check box prints 3 copies of the 1st page, then 3 copies of the
next page and so on.

When the Automatic Duplex Unit is available, it selects Automatic (automatic duplex printing) or
Manual (manual duplex printing).

Job Spool
To perform Check and Print, Memory Print or Confidential Print,
- Hard disk drive must be installed in the printer. Be sure the Hard Disk Drive is defined as installed
in the printer driver (
see “Device Tab” on page 137
).
• Check and Print
If Check and Print is turned on when printing a document, the print job is saved in the printer’s
hard disk drive after printing a copy of the document. You can print copies of the document by
accessing the job saved in the printer’s hard disk drive after confirming the printing result. The
saved job can be printed using the
Menu Mode
of the printer (
see “Performing Check and Print
(Windows Only)” on page 48
in the “Basics” section) or
HDD Utility
(
see “Performing Check
and Print” on page 217
).
• Memory Print
If Memory Print is turned on when printing a document, the print job is saved in the printer’s hard
disk drive. You can print copies of the document by accessing the job saved in the printer’s hard
disk drive. The saved job can be printed using the
Menu Mode
of the printer (

Memory Print (Windows Only)” on page 54
in the “Basics” section) or
HDD Utility
(
see
“Performing Memory Print” on page 220
).
