Time Out
Automatically prints the remaining data when the computer does not send data to the printer
during a set time (5 to 300).

Parallel Speed
Sets the speed at which data is transmitted to the printer through the parallel interface.

The printer sets the parallel interface to run at a higher data rate. When printout is not normal,
change the setting to
Low
.

Low
The printer sets the parallel interface to run at a slower speed that is compatible with older
computer.

I/O Buffer Setting
Sets the buffer size assigned to the printer’s memory. Computer is freed up fast from the
transaction to print by increasing the setting. However, the print speed may be diminished when
printing a large size data. Auto, 512 KB, 1 MB, 1.5 MB, 2 MB, and 4 MB are available.
