Setting the PCL Printer Driver

Save as...

To save a new profile:

(1) Change the driver settings.
(2) Click 

[Save as...]

.

(3) Enter a profile name and comment.

• If you enter the same profile name that existed in the Profiles box, the profile is changed.

(4) Click 

[OK]

. 

• If you will change the profile, the confirmation window appears to overwrite the profile. Click 

[Yes]

.

NOTE:

• The device option settings cannot be saved.

Delete

To delete a profile selected in the Profiles box except DEFAULT:

(1) Click the profile, then click

 [Delete]

.

(2) Click 

[Yes]

.

Displays the difference between the DEFAULT

 

setting and the selected profile.

Comment

Displays the comment you entered when registering a new profile. Comment can be displayed 
when selecting profile.
