Color Management
Specifies the color matching between the color monitor and the printer. When using the following
color management except None, DP-CL21M ICC profile must be removed from the
Color
Management
tab if it has been added (
see page 154
).
When selecting Grayscale, the black toner is only used to print. If selecting the setting except
Grayscale when printing a monochrome image, all color toners (CMYK) may be used to print.

None, SWOP, and Euroscale work effectively when printing from an application which CMYK
output is available.

Brightness
Adjusts the brightness of the image.

Toner Save
Reduces the amount of toner used to print.
Automatic
This is the recommended setting for most business documents.
sRGB (Photo)
This is the recommended mode for printing photographic images. It allows
closer matching between the color monitor and printed output.
Vivid
(Graphics)
This is the recommended mode for printing line art graphics. It provides
more vivid printed output than the color monitor.

Use this setting when printing using the color management feature from an
application software with color management function (ICM, etc.).
Grayscale
Prints a document in monochrome.

Simulates printing to a standard American offset press.
