8.3.3 Buffer tank – setpoints
Control of a buffer tank with one zone is possible using the HPM. In the
MCR-BMS» Buffer
tank» Setpoints
menu, the currently calculated buffer tank temperature (parameter
SP-zone1
)
is shown. The value is calculated from the demand of internal heating circuits, domestic hot
water circuit and the external consumers. This parameter cannot be changed by the user.
However, the user can enter the boost factor (Parameter
boostZ1
), to compensate for heat loss
due to bad insulation.
Procedure:

Starting from the basic display: Press the
[OK]
button to open the menu
structure.

Using the
[▼]
and
[OK]
buttons, in the
MCR-BMS
menu, select one after
another the submenus
Buffer tank » setpoints
.
► Confirm using the
[OK]
button.
The calculated setpoint and the parameter for the boost factor are shown. The
boostZ1
parameter can be adjusted as required.

8.3.4 Domestic Hot Water – Setpoints
For the domestic hot water tank (standard setpoint: 45 °C), any deviating setpoints can be
adjusted if required.
The following settings are possible:

Different setpoints for occupation times 1, 2, 3, 4

Non-occupation times
●
Special non-occupation times
