ENGINE COWLINGS REMOVAL
Make sure that the ignition switch is set to OFF.
Release all Camlocks and remove upper cowling (Figure 14).
Remove cotter pins from toggle latches on the air tunnel for oil cooler and
unclip the toggle latches.
Disconnect the front light connector.
Unscrew all bolts on the lower cowling and remove it carefully.
ENGINE COWLINGS INSTALLATION
Make sure that the ignition switch is set to OFF.
Before installation check engine cowlings for cracks.
Carefully put lower cowling to appropriate position.
Attach lower cowling using washers and bolts.
Connect the front light connector.
Attach oil cooler to the air tunnel by the toggle latches and secure the toggle
latches with a cotter pin.
Check that no foreign objects remain in engine compartment.
Carefully put upper cowling to appropriate position and fasten it by camlocks.
Check front light function.
