7.3. EMERGENCY LANDING

If engine restart unsuccessful or flight altitude is below safe level, choose suitable landing area

Side slipping the aircraft by cross controlling the rudder and ailerons will increase the rate of descent
both with and without flaps. If a crosswind exists, place the lower wing into the wind.
7.4. RESTARTING ENGINE IN FLIGHT
May be only performed at safe flight altitude to allow safe emergency landing with engine off.

up to 1/3 of throttle, not more

65 - 75 knots (120 – 140km/h)

If engine starting is unsuccessful, then continue according to section emergency landing.
