12.5. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF THE AIRCRAFT
1.
WING ASSEMBLY
•
Check and grease strut and wing connecting bolts.
•
Grasp the wing and insert flap and aileron control rods into the fuselage.
•
Connect the fuel hose and the lower fuel level gauge hose to the tank and tighten the hose clamps.
•
In the case of the left wing, connect the hoses of the Pitot-static system.
•
Insert wing connecting forks (main spar and auxiliary spar fork) into the fuselage. Ensure correct
position of wing fittings by moving wing tip.
•
Secure main and auxiliary spar forks in fuselage with bolts and new self-locking nuts.
•
Connect strut to the wing (insert the end of the strut into the fitting on the wing and secure with bolt
and new self-locking nut).
•
Install aerodynamic cover of wing strut and strut fitting covers.
•
Connect the upper fuel level gauge hose to the tank and tighten the hose clamp.
•
Connect strobe light and fuel gauge connectors.
•
Insert the aileron and flap rod forks into the control levers and secure with bolts and new self-locking nuts.
•
Repeat the procedure with the other wing.
•
Check function of ailerons and flaps, connect the ceiling light connector and install the cabin ceiling cover.
