Lit Not lit --- Lit Lit Not lit Local node is the polling node

Cables are disconnected or con-
nected incorrectly.
Check the Terminating Resistance
switch setting.

or replace the cable if necessary.

There are no other nodes in the
PC Link.
Set up the network with at least two
functioning nodes.
The PC Link Unit is set incorrectly. Check whether there is another node
in the PC Link with the same node
address.
Check whether the level/link number
setting is correct.

the allowed range. Set the node address within the fol-
lowing ranges.

switch setting.
Check the cable connections and fix
or replace the cable if necessary.
An error occurred in communica-
tions with a polled node (another
node). If noise is causing errors, check and
correct the operating environment.
Separate the communications cables
from power/high voltage lines.
Power is not being supplied prop-
erly to the CPU Unit of a polled
node (another node). Check the power supply voltage and
supply the proper power.
The PC Link Unit is set incorrectly. Check whether there is another node
in the PC Link with the same node
address.
