(3) Pin 4 can be set to either 0 or 1, but set it to 1 (ON).
(4) There will be data errors in the LR Area if two PC Link Units with the same
level settings (both single-level, both multi-level link #0, or both multi-level
link #0) are mounted in the same PLC. Since an error will not be detected
even if there are conflicting level settings, be sure that the level settings
are correct.
The Level/Link settings determine how many of PC Link Units can be
mounted in a PLC. One Unit can be mounted with single-level operation
and one or two Units can be mounted with multi-level operation.
3-3-5 Setting the Transmission Line and Terminating Resistance
Set the CVM1-LK401’s Transmission Link Switch to the to the same setting
that was set on the switch (SW2) on the back of the C500-LK009-V1.
