Checking the PC Link’s Operating Conditions
Section 4-2
Checking the PC Link’s
Status with LED Indicators
The following table compares common LED Indicator displays with those of
the C500-LK009-V1 and C200H-LK401. (
: Lit,
: Not lit,
: Flashing)
Note
Check the switch settings before operation. If the PC Link Unit’s node address
is duplicated on another node in the PC Link, the ERC and ERROR Indicators
will not light, but data errors will occur in the LR Area.

C200H-LK401
C500-LK009-V1
(Display pattern B)
Node 0 (the polling node), the local node,
and other nodes are operating normally.
The local node is not node 0 and could
not establish communications with other
nodes after power was turned ON.
The local node is node 0 and could not
establish communications with other
nodes after power was turned ON.
Indicator status
Meaning
CVM1-LK401
C200H-LK401
C500-LK009-V1
(Display pattern B)
An error occurred in a node other than the
local node and node 0.
The local node is not node 0 and a com-
munications error occurred between the
