LR Area Allocation for Single-level Mode
Example 1:
An existing C1000H/C2000H PLC is set to single-level mode operation, node
address 2, and 128 Link Relay bits/Unit, so LR 16 to LR 23 are used as the
transfer area.
In the replacement CVM1/CV-series PLC, use CIO 1016 to CIO 1023 as the
transfer area.
Example 2:
An existing C1000H/C2000H PLC is set to single-level mode operation, node
address 0, and 64 Link Relay bits/Unit, so LR 00 to LR 03 are used as the
transfer area.
In the replacement CVM1/CV-series PLC, use CIO 1003 to CIO 1003 as the
transfer area. Since the Unit is node 0 (polling node), the Number of LR Bits
must be set on the Unit’s DIP switch.
