5.5 Brightness adjustment

NOTE
• The standard brightness setting is “0”.
• The standard brightness may be too bright or too dark depending on the
endoscope type and observation region. In this case, adjust the brightness as
required.
• Pressing either of the brightness buttons (“–” or “+”) once moves the level one step;
pressing the button continuously moves the level continuously.
• The brightness level value is saved per observation mode. The brightness level
should be adjusted for each observation mode (i.e. separately for NBI etc.).
• The brightness indication is interlocked with the brightness level indication of the
connected video system center. When the brightness buttons on the video system
center are pressed, the brightness indication on the light source varies in an
interlocked operation.
