U009 USG-400
generator error
(Calibration
malfunction) Ultrasonic generator malfunction
due to the fail of the internal
circuitry of the ultrasonic
generator. Turn the ultrasonic generator OFF
and ON again. If the error window is
still displayed, contact Olympus.
Ultrasonic generator malfunction. U010 Overcurrent error
Transducer malfunction.
1.Turn the ultrasonic generator OFF
then ON again. Confirm instrument
activation.
2. If no output, replace transducer.
repeat step 1.
3. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
Foreign object is caught in rear
cooling fan. 1. Confirm a foreign substance object
is not caught in rear vent holes,
then turn the ultrasonic generator
OFF and ON again.
U011 Cooling fan error
Ultrasonic generator malfunction. 2. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
Fan entrance/exit is blocked. 1. Confirm vent holes are not covered
by an obstacle, and then turn the
ultrasonic generator OFF and ON
again.
U012 Overheated circuit
error
Ultrasonic generator malfunction. 2. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
Touch-screen was pressed when
the ultrasonic generator was
turned ON. 1. Turn the ultrasonic generator OFF
and ON again without touching the
touch-screen.
Touch-screen malfunction (a
foreign substance object such as
dust may be stuck between the
touch-screen and front panel). 2. Remove the foreign substance
object and turn the ultrasonic
generator OFF and ON again.
U013 Touch-screen error
Touch-screen malfunction. 3. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
A push button was pressed when
the ultrasonic generator was
turned ON. 1. Turn the ultrasonic generator OFF
and ON again without touching the
push button.
U014 Push button error
Push buttons malfunction. 2. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
Handswitch was pressed when
the ultrasonic generator was
turned ON. 1. Turn the ultrasonic generator OFF
and ON again without touching the
handswitch.
Handswitch malfunction. 2. If the error window is still displayed,
replace the THUNDERBEAT or
SONICBEAT instrument.
U501 Handswitch error
Ultrasonic generator malfunction. 3. If the error window is still displayed,
contact Olympus.
