THUNDERBEAT or SONICBEAT
instrument malfunction.
The THUNDERBEAT or SONICBEAT
instrument is defective. Remove the
THUNDERBEAT and/or SONICBEAT from
the body cavity and press the power switch
to OFF. Replace the THUNDERBEAT or
SONICBEAT instrument.
Transducer malfunction.
The transducer is defective. Remove the
THUNDERBEAT and/or SONICBEAT from
the body cavity and press the power switch
to OFF.
Replace the transducer.
Footswitch malfunction.
The footswitch is defective. Remove the
THUNDERBEAT and/or SONICBEAT from
the body cavity and press the power switch
to OFF.
Replace the footswitch.
The output cannot be
stopped.
Ultrasonic generator malfunction.
Remove the THUNDERBEAT and/or
SONICBEAT from the body cavity and
press the power switch to OFF.
Contact Olympus.
An object is in contact with the
touch-screen.
Remove the object.
The touch-screen cannot
be controlled.
Touch-screen malfunction.
Remove the THUNDERBEAT and/or
SONICBEAT from the body cavity and
press the power switch to OFF.
Contact Olympus.
The touch-screen remains
dark after switching the
ultrasonic generator ON
(start tone is audible after
switching ON).
Touch-screen malfunction.
Contact Olympus.
A push button is already pressed.
Release the push button.
The ultrasonic generator
does not react when a
push button on the front
panel is pressed during
standby.
Ultrasonic generator malfunction.
Contact Olympus.
The ultrasonic generator
does not react when a
(push) button on the front
panel is pressed.
The (push) buttons are not
available during activation.
Release the footswitch or handswitch to
stop the activation.
The volume is set to an inaudible
level (e.g. due to high
environmental noise).
Increase the volume either on the
touch-screen within the “Menu screen” or
use the volume control on the rear panel of
the ultrasonic generator.
No sound is audible
during activation.
Ultrasonic generator malfunction
Stop using the ultrasonic generator and
press the power switch to turn OFF the
ultrasonic generator. Contact Olympus.
The error volume can not
be adjusted.
The error volume is fixed.
No action required.
The output volume can
not be adjusted.
Ultrasonic generator malfunction.
