The system failed to power on. No AC power.
Confirm that the power cable is
connected correctly to the power
socket and the instrument.
Confirm that the power socket has
power.
Confirm that the toggle switch at the
rear of the instrument is in the ON
position.
Initialization error.
Error during system self-check. Restart the system by turning off
the power switch at the rear of
the instrument, wait for at least 15
seconds, and then turning it on again.
If the system fails to recover, contact
Olink®Technical Support.
No or low vacuum.
Dust on the bottom of the
chip or the top of the thermal
chuck.
Confirm that the protective film was
removed from the chip prior to loading
on the tray.
Clean the thermal chuck using a lint-
free cloth or swabs and 70% ethanol or
70% isopropyl alcohol. See
for detailed
instructions.
Sometimes, it also helps to use clear
tape to remove dust from the thermal
chuck.
Clean the bottom of the chip using a
lint-free cloth and 70% ethanol or 70%
isopropyl alcohol.
After cleaning the thermal chuck and
chip, retry loading into the system. If
the system is still giving an Insufficient
vacuum error, contact Olink Technical
Support.
