Workflow Step
1
Prepare the primer and sample mixes.
NOTE:
Do not pipet the samples into the chip at this stage.

Inject control line fluid into the accumulators on the chip.
NOTE:
Remember to remove the protective film at this stage.
Prepare the chip on Signature Q100. This primes the chip ready for use.
Remove the chip from the instrument and pipet each final sample and primer mix into the chip.

Run the chip and collect data on Olink Signature Q100.

Transfer the run data using a USB drive or directly import data from the NPX Signature software.

Analyze data using the NPX Signature software.

Workflow Step
1
Prepare the primer and sample mixes.
NOTE:
Do not pipet the samples into the chip at this stage.

Inject control line fluid into the top accumulator on the chip.
NOTE:
Remember to remove the protective film at this stage.
Pipet each final sample and primer mix and the control reagents into the chip.

Run the chip and collect data on Olink Signature Q100.
NOTE:
Preparing and running the 24.192 chip occurs in 1 step.

Transfer the run data using a USB drive or directly import data from the NPX Signature software.

Analyze data using the NPX Signature software.
