This machine is in the sleep
mode.
Press «POWER SAVE» on the
operator panel to switch over
to the standby state.
This machine is powered off.
Please turn the power on.
The LAN cable/USB cable is
disconnected.
Please check that the cable
is correctly connected to this
machine and the PC.
The cable is defective.
Please replace the cable with
a new one.

This machine is offline.
Press «ONLINE» on the
operator panel to display
"READY TO PRINT".

An error message appears on
the display of the operator
panel.
Please check the error
message displayed.
The interface settings are
disabled.
Please check the interface
settings you are using to make
sure that there is no conflicts
between the settings of this
device and the connection
environment.
There is a problem with the
print function.
Please check to see whether
or not the Menu Map can be
printed.
This machine is not set as the
default printer.
Set this machine as the
default printer.
Right click on the [Printer in
use] icon in the [Devices and
Printers] folder, and select [Set
as default printer].

The output port of printer
driver is incorrect.
Please select the output port
to which the LAN cable/USB
cable is connected.

Printing from another interface
is in progress.
Please wait until the printing
is complete.

"PRESS OK BUTTON/INVALID
DATA" appears on the display
of the operator panel, and the
printing does not start.
Select [MENUS] - [SYSTEM
ADJUST] - [TIMEOUT INJOB]
on the operator panel to
extend the set time. The
factory default setting is 40
seconds.
When "PRESS OK BUTTON/
INVALID DATA" is displayed
and printing is not performed,
the print data may not be
suitable for this machine.
Please check to see that the
printer driver you are using is
compatible with this machine.
