Installing the guide rib

• 

The guide rib is a part that prevents the front edge of the paper from falling into the gap near the paper sensor 
and thus causing a paper jam. Please install it in the following cases.

• 

When the paper sensor is set on the paper edge side

• 

When printing on light paper

• 

When printing on paper with noticeable curls
