Avoid these Situations
For Your Personal Safety
Do not place your hand under the gantry when the printer is powered on. Do
not leave any objects on the table printing surface, except for media that you
will print on. Also make sure the media is less than 2 inches (50.8 mm) in
thickness.
Do not push or force the carriage to move manually. Always use the “Access
Carriage” command in the Operator menu to move the carriage to the blot sta-
tion if you need to access the area under the carriage.
Do not push or force the gantry to move manually. Always use the “Move
Gantry” command in the Operator menu to move the gantry along the table
surface in increments of 1 foot (305mm).
