“Unknown error of 621”
Possible cause (1):
Dial-Up Networking is not installed on the PC.
Possible resolution
If you are connecting the PC to the Passport 4400 through
the management port, you must install Dial-Up Networking.
(For more information, see
Chapter 5, “Configuring the
Workstation
”.)
However, if you are connecting the PC to the Passport 4400
through the LAN port (assuming the LAN port is already
configured for IP networking), you can ignore Error 621.
Possible cause (2):
A PDA device or another software product, such as
ProComm or Hyperterminal, was accessing the
Passport 4400 management port at the time that dial-up
networking was invoked.
Possible resolution
Stop the other program, then try making the connection
again.
Error Message:
“Problem with shortcut”
Possible cause:
The cause is unknown. This Netscape Navigator error
message may appear, although the help page opens
successfully.
Possible resolution (1)
The correct help page is open. Click OK to close the
message box.
Possible resolution (2)
Reinstall Netscape Navigator.
