1. Fitting of the bushing
Press the bushing into the cylinder head by using a
press-fitting jig.
(Apply hydraulic oil to the inner surface of the cylinder
head before pressing the bushing in. After press-fitting
the bushing, make sure for no gaps or unevenness.)
2. Fitting of the X-ring
Push the X-ring into the X-ring groove in the cylinder
head.
Do not damage the X-ring while installing.
After fitting the X-ring, make sure there are no
damages or transformations.
3. Fitting of the wiper ring
Fit the wiper ring by using a jig.
4. Fitting of the O-ring
B e c a u s e o f u s i n g t h e t h i n n e r O - r i n g t h a n t h e
conventional one, use Nichiyu Genuine part for
replacement.
Be careful not to damage the O-ring because it is
stretched when fitting.
Dust of paints may be peeled off from painted
parts (such as the cylinder head) and come into
the cylinder which can cause oil leaking.
Pay attention not to come any dusts in the
cylinder when reassembling.
