Sony Bluetooth Audio System Operation
(Model: WX-920BT)
This article provides basic operation instructions for a Sony Bluetooth Audio System (Model: WX-920BT).
Control Panel and Remote
Operation
1.
Browse: Enter the browse mode during playback (not
available when a USB device in Android mode or iPod
is connected).
2.
Source (SRC/OFF): Turn on the power. Change the
source. Press and hold for 1 second to turn the source
o

and display the clock. Press and hold for more
than 2 seconds to turn o
ff
the power and the display.
If the unit is turned o
ff
and the display disappears,
operation by the remote commander is not available.
3.
Extra Bass: einforces bass sound in synchronization
with the volume level. Press to change the EXTRA
BASS setting: [1], [2], [OFF].

Control Dial: Rotate to adjust the volume.

Push Enter: Enter the selected item. Press SRC,
rotate then press to change the source (timeout in
2 seconds).

Menu: Open the setup menu.
•
Voice: Press and hold for more than 2 seconds
to activate voice dial, voice recognition (Android
smartphone only), or the Siri function (iPhone only).
•
N-Mark: Touch the control dial with Android
smartphone to make Bluetooth connection.

SCRL (Scroll): Press and hold to scroll a display
item.

CALL: Enter the call menu; receive/end a call.

SOUND: Open the SOUND menu directly.

Auxiliary Input Mode
1. Press the MODE button until “AUX” appears on the
LCD screen.
2. The use of auxiliary mode allows you to play the
portable music device through the headphone jack.
Note: An additional accessory/adaptor must be
purchased in order for this to happen.
