NOTE
When you power-on your system for the first
time, you are prompted to create a backup copy of
the operating system. From then on, the backup
reminder prompt appears every fifth time you power
on the system.
Once you back up the operating system, the
reminder prompt stops appearing. If you choose not
to back up the operating system, you can set the
number of power ups (from 1 to 99) when the
prompt does not appear.
Use the following procedure to create the backup diskettes.
1.
From the Windows 95 Start button, select in order:
Programs
Accessories
System Tools
Create System Disk.
2.
At the Microsoft Create System Disk screen, click on the
Next button.
In this window you can change the frequency of the
backup reminder prompts.
