(3) Power-fail compare mode register (PFM)
The power-fail compare mode register (PFM) controls a comparison operation.
RESET input clears PFM to 00H.

(4) Power-fail compare threshold value register (PFT)
The power-fail compare threshold value register (PFT) sets a threshold value against which the result of A/D
conversion is to be compared.
PFT is set with an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input clears PFT to 00H.
