IntraMail  System Guide

- 03.20.07 or higher: Enter Voice Mail Record Key code 17 + the mailbox number.

- The mailbox number can be your own, a co-worker’s, or any valid Subscriber Mailbox.

- You can optionally use the RECORD soft key instead.

By default, a keyset does not have a Voice Mail Record Key.

Step 3

Enable the Conversation Record Beep and Warning.

Set the maximum length of recorded conversations.

4.1

8004: IntraMail System Options:

 

Subscriber Message Length

- The length of a recorded conversation is 10 times this interval.
- The range for this option is 

1-4095

 seconds.

- Since the Conversation Record time cannot exceed 4095 seconds, any settings in this 

option larger than 409 have no effect on the length of recorded conversations.

By default, this option is 

120

 seconds. This means the default length of recorded conversa-

tions is 1200 seconds (20 minutes).
