IntraMail System Guide
Set the Guest Mailbox message playback order.
Review this feature to learn which features are available to the Guest Mailbox while recording and send-
ing a message.
Set the maximum number of messages that can be left in the mailbox.
The Next Call Routing Mailbox provides additional dialing options after a caller leaves a message in a
Guest Mailbox.
If enabled, a Guest Mailbox caller must enter a security code before logging onto the mailbox.
To transfer an outside call to a Guest Mailbox, the extension user presses

, and then dials the
Guest Mailbox number.
Programming
Step 1
Assign a Master Mailbox as a Subscriber Mailbox.

Optionally set up an Enhanced Guest Mailbox.

By default in DS1000, Subscriber Mailboxes 300-307 are Personal (1). All others are dis-
abled (0). DS1000 has 34 Subscriber Mailboxes (300-333).

By default in DS2000, Subscriber Mailboxes 300-315 are Personal (1). All others are dis-
abled (0). DS2000 has 128 Subscriber Mailboxes (300-427).

Operation
Logging Onto a Guest Mailbox
To log onto a Guest Mailbox:
1.
Press
ICM
+ Dial the IntraMail master number (e.g., 700).

You can optionally press a Call Coverage key assigned to the IntraMail master number.
2.
When IntraMail answers, dial the Guest Mailbox number.
Logging Onto a Guest Mailbox from the Automated Attendant
To log onto a Guest Mailbox from the Automated Attendant:
1.
After the Automated Attendant answers, dial

+ The Guest Mailbox number.

This capability may be disabled in the Automated Attendant.
■
Your automated attendant may have GOTO or LOGON actions assigned to the Guest Mailbox. Check with
your Communications Manager.
