Turn on the
JuLI™ Stage using the switch on the control box.

Start the
JuLI™ Stage control software and follow the warm-up guidelines.
First use
: Before operating the
JuLI™ Stage
system for the first time, we strongly
recommend allowing the instrument to equilibrate to room temperature for
20 minutes
outside the incubator while the device is turned on.
If the
JuLI™ Stage is to be operated inside an incubator, an additional warm-up
time of
2 hours
is required to equilibrate it to 37 °C. During this time the
JuLI™
Stage must be switched on.
IMPORTANT!
When installing the
JuLI™ Stage in the incubator, avoid the connection cables to be
under any tension. Only the
JuLI™ Stage itself may be placed in the incubator, but
not the control box or other system components.
