12.2.2.3 Attached Cell Counting

With the

Attached Cell Counting

evaluation module, adherent, fluorescence

stained cells can be counted. Intensity and cell size thresholds next to other
parameters can be changed to improve segmentation results.

is only displayed as an analysis option if a

fluorescence channel was acquired during the measurement.
