Time lapse configuration
The time lapse can be configured using an end-point, interval and/or the cycle
number.
Total time
: Depending on the time settings of the PC, the end point of the
experiment can be defined using
Total Time
.
Interval time
: The interval time defines the duration between two time points.
The red timer indicates the minimal duration for one imaging cycle.
Cycle
: The cycle is equivalent to time points.
