calibration
After performing an Epos calibration the cutter displays this
error in case it detects a shift compared to the last Epos
calibration
Contact an authorized Mutoh

6098 EPOS calibration error Could not calibrate the pen to laser distance

Make sure that the difference
between white and colour can
be recognized by the EPOS
sensor

The media has not been weed
out (when asked on the display)
before the EPOS alignment


The laser is broken.

unstable There is too much variation between the X and Y calibration
measurements


Bump problem machine
width The cutter cannot finish the cutter width measurement
routine. This could be caused by a mechanical obstruction.
Remove the media or object
blocking the head from moving and
restart the cutter.
