Installation
Connecting Cables
Pay special attention when connecting cables. Make sure the cables are correctly
and solidly connected. After connections, check for a second time, to ensure all
components are correctly connected.
To comply with EMC requirements and realize the optimal performances of the
equipment, we recommend you to purchase all system cables from MTS. Cables
should be protected during installation, to avoid any possible damages.
Equipment hasdangerous internal voltage.
Connecting cables when the equipment is powered on may cause
damages to equipment.
Make sure that the power has been switched off before connecting cables.
Communications

J2 COMM0
This interface connects the main control cabinet to printer or PC. When the MTS
Exceed 22 testers need PC configurations, this interface connects the system to
the COM port of PC; when Exceed 22 testers only need printer configurations,
this interface connects the system to the COM port of printer. The pinout is set
forth below:
