1.6 Calculation
Cycle Page
On the main page, tap Calculation Cycle to enter the calculation cycle page (or
by tapping the left and right arrow icons on other pages), as shown in the figure
below:
Put the pendulum in the vertical position and tap Start Calculation . When the
pendulum rotates to about 5°, the clutch throws out and the pendulum is in free
swing. When the pendulum swing angle is less than 5°, the system starts to
calculate the pendulum cycle; when the pendulum finishes the 100th swing, the
cycle calculation test is completed, and the equipment calculates the pendulum
impact length automatically based on swing time.
★ Note: The pendulum impact length is determined before factory shipment. If
the swing cycle exceeds relevant standards, check whether the bearing is
damaged.
